This is an agreement between you and Medtech-Digital LLC, global distributor of Asterasys Co. Ltd software user licenses. Asterasys Co. Ltd. is a manufacturer and developer of devices that use licensed software. Your license will activate, and give you permission to use your device.

Licenses can be a one-time lifetime license or a license with an expiration date. Check before purchase.

Once you have purchased your license you can activate it at any time.

This agreement describes your rights and the conditions upon which you may use your license. You should review the entire agreement because all the terms are important and together create this agreement that applies to you.

By accepting this agreement, you agree to all these terms during the use of your license.

Refund Policy: You may contact Medtech-Digital LLC for a refund in case you do not agree with any of the following terms.

1. Overview.
  a. Applicability.

(i) Single license. Once activated you can’t use your license in another device simultaneously.

(ii) Manufacturer may upgrade without any notice the device software version.

2. Installation and Use Rights.
a. License. All device software is licensed, not sold.
b. Device. In this agreement, “device” means a hardware system that runs the operational software and graphical user interface that need to be activated by your license.
c. Restrictions. The manufacturer reserves all rights (such as rights under intellectual property laws) not expressly granted in this agreement. For example, this license does not give you any right to, and you may not:
(i) publish, copy, rent, lease, or lend your user license.

3. Privacy; Consent to Use of Data.

Your privacy is important to us. Your license key does not hold any personal information, neither your activated software holds this kind of information.

4. Authorized Software and Activation.
You are authorized to use this license only if purchased from Medtech-Digital LLC.

5. Updates.
In case you chose to do not to upgrade your device software your license will still be valid.

6. Warranty.
The license has no warranty time.

7. Disclaimer.
Medtech-Digital LLC is responsible for the distribution of user licenses. Any system or technical support issues should be solved locally with your local distributor or directly with the manufacturer.

8. Binding Arbitration
We hope we never have a dispute, but if we do, you and we agree to try for 60 days to resolve it informally. If we can’t, you and we agree to binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), and not to sue in court in front of a judge or jury. Instead, a neutral arbitrator will decide, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final except for a limited right of review under the FAA. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney-general actions, and any other proceeding where someone acts in a representative capacity aren’t allowed. Nor is combining individual proceedings without the consent of all parties. “We,” “our,” and “us” includes Medtech-Digital LLC, Asterasys, and local distributor.

9. Consumer Rights, Regional Variations.
This agreement describes certain legal rights. You may have other rights, including consumer rights, under the laws of your state or country.

You can review this agreement by reaching our webpage www.medtech-digital.com. You agree that you will read the terms before purchasing and activating your license. You understand that by activating the license you ratify this agreement and the linked terms.
